Aria is a MahaRERA-registered real estate advisory serving the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Navi Mumbai. We help homebuyers and investors discover, evaluate and book residential and commercial property, working directly with leading developers as an authorised channel partner.

Advertising & digital marketing

We market the projects we represent through our own Google Ads campaigns and dedicated project landing pages. We plan, run and personally fund this advertising, and we review campaign, keyword and search-term performance every day to improve results and control cost.

Google Ads API — read-only reporting

To make that daily review faster, we use the Google Ads API for read-only reporting and analysis of our own advertising account — reading campaign, ad group, keyword, search-term and performance data to produce a concise daily summary.

The API is used strictly for reading and reporting. It is limited to the single Google Ads account we own and operate; it never creates or modifies campaigns, bids or budgets, and it is not offered to any third party. All campaign changes are made manually by us in the Google Ads interface.
